BEGINNERS YOGA
This class is a great way to dive into your wellness journey. We often find that those who enroll in our classes are surprised and excited by their own capacities, and through this class you will discover a whole new world that yoga has to offer.
Beginners Yoga is suitable for complete beginners and those with some practice.

VINYASA YOGA
Vinyasa Yoga can generally be defined as a practice that incorporates energetic movement through a series of asanas (yoga postures), by which the student experiences a sense of fluid physical motion.
Movement through these postures is matched with the breath, creating an even greater sense of flow, strength, ease and tension release.
The breath synchronization of Vinyasa yoga is said to maximize the positive benefits of the practice, making it like a moving meditation.

YIN YOGA
Yin yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses
Yin yoga targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues - ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body - rather than the muscles (which are the physical focus of Yang yoga practices).
Energetically, Yin yoga improves the energy flow, enhancing the flow of chi in the organs. To be healthy, we need healthy organs as well as healthy muscles. Yin yoga also offers wonderful emotional and mental health benefits.
Yin Yoga is on every Friday at 7:15pm.
PRENATAL YOGA
During pregnancy the body goes through many changes which create stress on you mentally and physically. A way to maintain a healthy mind and body is prenatal Yoga.
Prenatal yoga focuses on breathing exercises, meditation and yoga poses suitable for pregnant women. It also helps pregnant women to develop proper breathing and relaxation techniques for easier and more comfortable labour.
Our Prenatal Yoga class will be taught by Claudia Escobar, a registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher.
Prenatal Yoga is on every Wednesday at 6pm.
KIDS YOGA AND MINDFULNESS
Yoga and mindfulness have been shown to improve both physical and mental health in school-age children. Yoga improves balance, strength, endurance, and aerobic capacity in children.
Yoga and mindfulness offer psychological benefits for children as well. Yoga can improve focus, memory, self-esteem, academic performance, and classroom behaviour, and can even reduce anxiety and stress in children.
At our Kids Yoga & Mindfulness classes we explore meditation & mindfulness techniques along with Yoga poses especially designed for children’s physical development.
Kids Yoga is on every Tuesday at 4pm.
PILATES
Together with the instructor’s guidance, you will be able to challenge yourself and reach all new heights.
