PRE & POSTNATAL YOGA TEACHER TRAINING COURSE

Fully accredited with Yoga Alliance Professionals

Pregnancy and early parenthood mark a profound and meaningful stage of life, and for many, it’s their first introduction to yoga.

Training to teach pre- and postnatal yoga allows you to deepen your own practice while developing the skills to support others with care, confidence, and understanding.

This course goes beyond physical postures, giving you the tools to guide new and expecting parents through a time that calls for strength, connection, and compassion for both parent and baby.

COURSE AIMS

✓ To provide a foundation of prenatal yoga so you can develop and teach specialist classes, courses, or workshops for pregnant yoga students.

✓ To build on the yoga teacher’s knowledge, skills and confidence so that they can advise pregnant students in their general classes.

✓ To provide a basis in parent and baby yoga so that yoga teachers can continue to support their students post pregnancy and provide a safe, happy place for new parents and babies to practice yoga together, up to crawling).

✓ To provide an understanding of the postnatal body, pelvic floor health and abdominal health on which yoga teachers can develop and teach specialist classes, courses, or workshops for anyone in their class who has ever had a baby and even those who have not.

(A pelvic floor is for life.)

✓ To build your yoga knowledge, your confidence, skills and understanding as a yoga teacher so you can teach prenatal, postnatal and parent and baby classes with joy

TESTIMONIALS

“Recently finished my 200Hrs Yoga Teacher Training with Ganapati School of Yoga.

What an amazing experience!!!

Claudia, Pablo and John are the crown jewels of teaching.

The course is not only for experienced yoga practitioners!

I would recommend for anyone who wants to understand real values in life an spend some time with extraordinary people.

Philosophy, history, anatomy are just a few additions on top of the learning and practice of different yoga styles and techniques.

It is a life changing experience for sure.

Looking forward our next journey with the Ganapati School of Yoga team!

Namaste“

“I completed the 200 hr teaching course with Ganapati school of yoga. I found this course so professional and beneficial. Claudia, Pablo and John have so much experience and are always ready to motivate and give a helping hand.

The atmosphere was so friendly and welcoming.

I met so many wonderful people, gained skills and so much knowledge.

The teaching practice has really benefitted me and I have become more aware of my own practice. I would highly recommend this course.”

”I recently took part and completed the 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in Ganapati School of Yoga. It was an amazing course and an amazing experience. I went into it just expecting to gain knowledge about yoga but gained so much more. In one month my own practice has developed so much more than I could have ever thought.

The teachers who facilitated the course Claudia, Pablo and John were amazing, I could not have imagined 3 better teachers to have delivered it, I looked forward to going in every single day.

We also didn't spend all our time in the school but went on walks and did classes down in the park which was very nice. I am so glad I have done this course and would recommend it to anyone interested in yoga even if you don't want to be a teacher.

For me it has been life changing. I am so happy and grateful I had the chance to do this course.”

“I think everyone should do this yoga teacher training course,

even if you don’t plan to teach at all!

It gave me such an insight into yoga itself, the history, the philosophy and the more detailed instruction for each pose. It gave me a greater appreciation for the art of yoga.

I met amazing people along the way and our teachers Claudia, Pablo and John couldn’t have done more to support and encourage us. The best 4 weeks I have ever spent on myself’
